1) Post a Job or Start a Contest

a. Choose the category and subcategory that best describe the work you need.

b. Give your project a clear, concise title to attract the right experts.

c. (Optional) Select specific skills you want covered by your experts to ensure the best match.

d. Provide a detailed description of the work to be done, including any specific requirements or goals.

e. (Optional) Upload any files or attachments to further explain your project. Visuals and detailed documents often lead to more accurate proposals and better results.

f. Set a timeline by specifying the estimated duration for project completion.

g. Select a budget range that suits your needs and reflects the scope of work.

h. Indicate your preferred deadline for the project’s completion.

Our platform offers tools and personal support to help you complete your project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

2) Find Your Expert & Award the Job

• Receive offers quickly from qualified professionals.
• Compare profiles, portfolios, and client feedback to evaluate candidates.
• Use the chat feature to discuss project details, negotiate terms, and finalize the budget.
• Select and award your project to the expert who best meets your criteria.

3) Create Milestones & Make a Deposit

• After your expert accepts the job, create one or more project milestones to break down the work.
• Make a deposit on the platform according to the agreed-upon milestone structure. Funds will be held securely until you approve each completed stage.

4) Collaborate, Review & Release Payments

• Stay connected with your expert through the platform, using chat to share ideas, concepts, and files.
• Review work as it progresses, and approve completed milestones.
• Once you’re satisfied, release funds from your deposit for each approved milestone, ensuring a smooth, structured payment process.

1. Sign up with us as a Client if you need to get work done online in architecture design, interior design, residential and commercial building engineering planning, architectural visualization, heating, sanitary, photovoltaics, smart home design, etc. 

2. Fill out the form: put your valid email address, choose your country, select your user type. If you are an individual person, so choose „I am a Private Client“. If you are a business owner or a company then select „I am a Business Client“. This is important when it comes to getting invoices and taxes.

3. Set your password: minimum is 8 characters, containing at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, and 1 digit 

4. Create your profile and let the community know something about you. Users with incomplete profiles are not allowed to.

Payments can be processed for the following currencies:

To process payments for the services you receive, a deposit is required on ArchExperts. The funds you transfer go into your wallet or are allocated directly to a service or milestone deposit, signaling to your expert that you’re prepared to pay for the agreed-upon work.

ArchExperts partners with Mangopay, an officially licensed payment provider responsible for secure payment processing and managing funds in electronic wallets. With this licensed banking partner, we can accept the following payment methods:

Note: Services can be started or provided after your funds successfully have been transferred to your wallet on ArchExperts.

Yes, you can directly hire an expert when you click on a „HIRE“ button. Then you will create an individual project and can start to proceed with a job description.

When you are logged in click on the „Contact us“ link. There you can contact us or message a problem if any arises. Option to select optionally:

• Website Security
• There is a bug on the website
• Report expert
• There is a suspicious activity
• Other

There are two ways to invite experts to place a bid on your project:

Post a Project First:

• After posting your project, click on the "INVITE" button.

• We will match your job requirements with the profiles of registered experts based on categories, subcategories, and any required skills.
• You will see the best matches in a pop-up window, where you can select the experts you want to invite to bid.
• You can invite up to five professionals per job.
• This can be done until you award your job to a specific expert.

Browse Experts:

• Once logged in and having posted a job, click on "EXPERTS" in the top bar.
• Browse through the experts and click on the "INVITE" button.
• A box will display only the projects where the selected expert meets your requirements.
• Select your project from the list and send the invitation.
• You can invite up to five professionals per job.
• This can be done until you award your job to a specific expert.

You need just to go to the sidebar, choose Payment Settings/My Wallet.

In Tab „Bank Accounts“ you can click on „Payout“, follow the information on the screen, then put the amount you want to transfer to your bank account. Transfers via bank wire usually can take 5-7 working days, depending on the country, bank holidays or banks themselves.

Note:

When you transfer the money to a bank account you need to go through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This is because of regulations and financial laws in Europe and meanwhile nearly in the entire world when transferring money across the globe.

So please provide a digital copy of your identity card, passport or driver's license. If your address is not stored on one of the documents above please upload proof regarding your residence in the Tab „KYC DOCUMENTS“. This can be i.e. a copy of an invoice from your energy or telecommunications provider. Please upload the documents in that Tab.

Normally takes up to 24 hours on working days to check the documents. You can track the status in the Tab KYC documents. Once your identity and address have been validated you can start transferring your funds to a bank account you have created in a Tab „Bank accounts“.

In case you are a business company with more than one CEO or stakeholder with company ownership greater than 10% you need to 

In „Post a Job“ section you can choose several great additional services to feature your job:

• HIGHLIGHTED  - your project will be listed as „HIGHLIGHTED“ and presented visually more attractive than other projects to get more attention and to stand out.
• URGENT - your job will be listed at the top of the job list for 24 hours to get faster quotes for the fastest possible start. If further jobs are posted after your job, they will be listed at the beginning of the job list. However, URGENT jobs will always appear at the top, then all those who do not have the status URGENT
• PRIVATE - Job details are only displayed for logged-in ArchExperts. No bots and no other clients or public users will find your project details. Reviews for "PRIVATE" projects are marked on expert profile pages with a "Private" badge. No project details or profiles can be found there. Your profile is only visible to logged-in experts.

Personal Services:

At ArchExperts we want to support you in getting the best out of your projects. Our Recruiters and Project Managers will support you get the best available resources and professional results.

• Hire one of our experienced recruiters. They personally review all offers and suggest only handpicked professionals that suite to your project. Chat with your personal recruiter and ask him questions. 
• Once you have assigned your job to an Expert you can hire one of our Project Managers. They will help to structure your project, take care of project timelines and quality and support you in communication with your expert.

A concept entry that you like at most you have to declare as a winner. Then the funds you have deposited to a contest wallet as a prize for the contest winner will be then released and transferred to the expert.
