1. Sign up with us as a Client if you need to get work done online in architecture design, interior design, residential and commercial building engineering planning, architectural visualization, heating, sanitary, photovoltaics, smart home design, etc.
2. Fill out the form: put your valid email address, choose your country, select your user type. If you are an individual person, so choose „I am a Private Client“. If you are a business owner or a company then select „I am a Business Client“. This is important when it comes to getting invoices and taxes.
3. Set your password: minimum is 8 characters, containing at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, and 1 digit

Yes, you can directly hire an expert when you click on a „HIRE“ button. Then you will create an individual project and can start to proceed with a job description.
When you are logged in click on the „Contact us“ link. There you can contact us or message a problem if any arises. Option to select optionally:
There are two ways for the invitation of experts to asking them to place a bid on your project.
1.) Post a job first, then click on the „INVITE“ button. Based on your job requirements we match categories, subcategories, and skills if any required with the profiles of registered Experts. The best matches you will see in a popped-up site. There you can select those who you want to get a bid from. You can invite up to five professionals per job. You can do this as long as you don’t award your job to a specific expert.
2.) Once logged in and already posted a job, click in the top bar on „EXPERTS“, browse them and click on the „INVITE“ button. In the box, we show only those of your projects where the selected Expert can cover your requirements. If you like send an invitation so select your project from the list. You can invite up to five professionals per job. You can do this as long as you don’t award your job to a specific expert.
Note: The invitation is valid for 48 hours.
You need just to go to the sidebar, choose Payment Settings/My Wallet.
In Tab „Bank Accounts“ you can click on „Payout“, follow the information on the screen, then put the amount you want to transfer to your bank account. Transfers via bank wire usually can take 5-7 working days, depending on the country, bank holidays or banks themselves.
Note:
When you transfer the money to a bank account you need to go through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This is because of regulations and financial laws in Europe and meanwhile nearly in the entire world when transferring money across the globe.
So please provide a digital copy of your identity card, passport or driver's license. If your address is not stored on one of the documents above please upload proof regarding your residence in the Tab „KYC DOCUMENTS“. This can be i.e. a copy of an invoice from your energy or telecommunications provider. Please upload the documents in that Tab.
