Villa Clarity serves as a prime example of Bauhaus architecture. The design of the house is characterized by clean lines and open spaces that underscore the minimalist style. The façade, composed of a combination of glass, concrete, and steel, exudes both modernity and timelessness. Space Layout: Ground Floor: Open living and dining areas, kitchen, guest room with private bath, office. Upper Floor: Master suite with dressing room and bathroom, two additional bedrooms, shared bathroom, reading nook. Basement: Wellness area with sauna and fitness room, wine cellar, utility room. The living area on the ground floor opens to a spacious garden with a large terrace, inviting relaxation and enjoyment of the northern German nature. Floor-to-ceiling windows create a light-filled atmosphere, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
